The Curves workout is a 30 minute full body workout designed especially for women of all ages, from teenagers to 91 + years of age.

The Curves workout combines strength training with cardio activity and stretching – it helps to create lean muscle, raises your metabolism, helps to burn fat and helps to tone your body.

Strength training can also improve blood circulation, coordination and balance which will allow you to perform everyday tasks with less effort for longer periods of time.  Strength training can also help to protect bone density and can help to avoid osteoporosis, strengthening supportive muscles that protect joints and helps keep backs healthy.
