It is important to let us know with plenty of time if you are not able to attend an appointment, this allows us to reallocate the time to someone that needs it.
Appointments can cancelled via the text reminder service. You will receive a text reminder of your appointment both 7 days and 24 hours before the booking time. This text reminder will include a cancellation link and is the quickest way of cancelling an appointment.
You can cancel your appointment anytime by phoning into reception and pressing option 2. This will put your call through to our cancellation voicemail inbox. Please ensure you leave your name, date of birth and contact number alongside the details of the appointment you are trying to cancel.
You can also cancel your appointment through online services such as Patient Access or NHS app. More information on how to set this up is available here.
