New registration information

The following information is intended for all new patients that have registered at the surgery. We believe the information on this page will be useful to you, as our processes may be different to your previous surgery. Test results

If you have recently had tests completed at your previous surgery, but have not yet had your results, we may not be aware. Please contact reception if you are pending test results.

If you have tests completed by our clinical team, as standard we will only contact you with an update on your results if they are abnormal. If for example you have had blood tests completed, you will need to contact reception for your results 2-5 days following the test if you have not heard from our team. We allow view to test results on the NHS app/patient access, if you’d like to register for these click here for guidance.
