italk is the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service for most of hampshire. We're a partnership between Solent Mind and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust.
We support people to improve their mental wellbeing through education, guided self-help tools and evidence-based talking therapies.

Community Mental Health Teams – NHS Southern Health
We provide a range of community-based mental health treatments and therapies for people who need support for their mental health issues. These include: prescribing and managing medication, psychological (talking) therapies, occupational therapy, specialist support for psychosis, assertive outreach for people who struggle to keep in contact with their mental health services. Accessing our services-If you feel that you need support from any of our services, speak to your GP to request a referral.
Together for Mental Wellbeing
Together is now supporting more people with mental health issues to work towards improved wellbeing in West Hampshire.Since Together was formed in 1879, we have believed that people with mental health issues have the right and the abilities to lead independent, fulfilling lives as part of their communities.
Eastleigh Wellbeing Centre
Our network of recovery-focussed Wellbeing Centres offer safe spaces to be yourself and get back on track through groups, workshops, activities and 1:1 emotional support.
Through an initial telephone assessment, we'll work with you to set goals for your time with us and find the the right courses to help you work towards them. We can also help signpost you to local services for any additional support, like housing, benefits, counselling, crisis support or other specific mental health needs.

By sharing people’s real-life experiences, healthtalk.org provides free, reliable information about health issues. You can watch people share their stories about cancer, autism, motor-neurone disease, pregnancy, drugs, depression and much more.
Rethink Mental Illness
Rethink Mental Illness improve the lives of people severely affected by mental illness through a network of local groups and services, expert information and successful campaigning. The goal is to make sure everyone affected by severe mental illness has a good quality of life.
