Continence – The Bladder and Bowel Service
The Bladder and Bowel Service are a team of nurses and advisors who can offer support, assessments, treatment and advice to individuals over 18 years of age who have bladder and or bowel problems. They consult via video appointment, telephone appointment, in clinics or at home.

Eastleigh Wellbeing Centre – Solent Mind
Eastleigh Wellbeing Centre offers short-term wellbeing support in a safe, welcoming environment. The service provides an initial assessment, goal-setting, and one-to-one support from a named keyworker, alongside a programme of practical courses, workshops, and friendly groups. Courses include Anxiety Management, Self-Esteem, Lifting Low Mood, and Managing Emotions, with group activities such as peer support, walking, and gardening.

Healthworks physical activity scheme
The physical activity referral scheme (often initially 12 weeks) is designed to provide opportunities for people to improve their health and become more active. It is facilitated by the team based at the Places Leisure Eastleigh Health Hub. To access the scheme, you must be over the age of 16 and either a medical condition that could be improved by being more physically active or be at risk of developing Coronary Heart Disease.

Eastleigh Wellbeing Centre
Our network of recovery-focussed Wellbeing Centres offer safe spaces to be yourself and get back on track through groups, workshops, activities and 1:1 emotional support.
Through an initial telephone assessment, we'll work with you to set goals for your time with us and find the the right courses to help you work towards them. We can also help signpost you to local services for any additional support, like housing, benefits, counselling, crisis support or other specific mental health needs.
